GRAMS uses an Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) tool — a participatory framework that evaluates an institution’s strengths and gaps in grant management. Based on the findings, GRAMS collaborates with the institution’s leadership to design and implement targeted system improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and impact.
