- Advised IDRC on the most appropriate processes to follow in the closure of staff contracts after ending a major study contract.
- Provided administrative and legal advice to the IDRC HR team to ensure that the closure of the staff contracts is done in accordance with the labor regulations as well as recognized and accepted principles based on prudent administrative processes.
- Provided advisory and administrative support to the IDRC HR team in the preparation and review of the end-of-contract letters.
- Supported the arrangement of interviews and interviewed the selected candidates for the existing positions for rehire.
- Supported the IDRC HR team in drawing up contracts for the successful candidates after rehire.
