Carried out organizational capacity assessment and strengthening of the institution through:

• Used structured Questionnaires to gather information on the management structures.
• Observed and reviewed the administrative and financial operations, systems, and processes at MLI.
• Generated a list of strengths and opportunities for growth (in form of an action plan)
• Provided on–site and off-site support and mentorship to ensure successful implementation of the action plan.
