Provided support to the MU-JHU executive committee on governance re-structuring

• Reviewed information about the current pointers to the future MU-JHU strategic direction (reviewed current strategic plan, reports from the different strategic planning meetings, key strategic or implementation policies, etc.)
• Analyzed the role and functioning of the different governance units under the current institutional arrangements.
• Analyzed the current MU-JHU governance structure as compared to other Collaborative Research Institutions.
• Drafted the necessary documents like MU-JHU governance structure, MOU with Makerere University drafts, and other administrative letters or documents drafts necessary for the implementation of any governance changes.
